BYT Nutrition wants our customers to enjoy and be happy with their purchase. Please do not hesitate to send us a message through email in 24 hours from the date printed on the receipt to fix any issues with your order. Replacements and refunds are never guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Same day cancellations for placed orders are all subject to a refilling fee for the price of the meal as it is prepared and served the morning of the delivery date.
You are liable for choosing the most suitable delivery method. When you choose the inappropriate method, we can’t refund your order. Sorry, we can’t refund delivery charges. We’re not accountable for spoilage while we prepare the dishes fresh each morning and follow the entire food safety handling guidelines straight to your door. We suggest keeping the meals no more than five days. Anything after 5 days from the expiration date, freeze meals for up to 20 days.
We are taking every precaution so as to triple check the orders yet because of the expansion of the business & new employees, mistakes may take place. Please let us know in 24 hours of any mistakes for your order to be exchanged the next delivery day or we would deduct the entire amount from the order, with the return of the meals. We will not give refunds for the orders which have been prepaid with no 24 hour notification BEFORE SATURDAY for the cancellation. We work hard everyday to satisfy our customers, if you have complaints with your order, we can replace your order or if your order is not as expected and we made a mistake on it, we will be able to refund if you let us know about it on a period of 24 hours after pick up or delivery of your meal and provide photo as proof of error.
